Ecuador: Bus falls off precipice leaving five dead, 35 injured

At least five people were killed and 35 others injured on Saturday when a
bus fell into a ravine of 300 meters deep in northern Ecuador, the Red Cross
reported.
The institution said those injured were taken to a hospital in
Quito, capital of the country, where the bus was heading from the locality of
Coca, 200 km away.
The Red Cross said the authorities were investigating the
cause of the accident, without revealing the conditions of those injured.
