Their use of organic fertilizer is strictly controlled in accordance to strict rules of organic agriculture. The whole production process and the quality of all the products cultivated there are strictly supervised by IFOAM and OFDC. To guarantee a well-kept quality of the products, the organic farm hired an independent third party to regularly test the quality of the products, water and soil.
