Typhoon Fung-Wong lands in Fengxian, Shanghai at 10:45 a.m.

Shanghai, Sept 23 - Typhoon Fung-Wong made a landfall at Haiwan Town, Fengxian District of Shanghai at around 10:45 a.m. with a speed of up to 23 meters per second, said the micro-blog of Shanghai Meteorological Bureau.
This was the fifth landfall after the birth of Typhoon Fung-Wong.
It was also the sixth typhoon landing in Shanghai after 1949, and the last occurred 25 years ago.
据上海市气象局官方微博报道，今年第16号台风“凤凰”（热带风暴级）的中心已于今天（23日）上午10时45分前后在上海市奉贤区海湾镇沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有9级（23米/秒），中心最低气压为990百帕。
这是“凤凰”中心出生以来第5次登陆陆地，也是1949年至今第6个登陆上海的台风。上一次台风登陆上海是在25年前。
