Shanghai, July, 18- Innovation & Development: MNCs in Shanghai Best Practice Awards selecting activity has drawn extensive concern of multinational companies in Shanghai. Co-organized by Shanghai Daily and Eastday.com, briefing on MNCs in Shanghai Best Practice Awards was held yesterday to make these companies get more knowledge of the selecting process. Around 50 officials from the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Press Office, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and representatives from MNCs attended the briefing.

An overview of the selecting activity was given at first during the briefing, followed by detailed selecting method and criteria, specific requirements of cases as well as application procedure.

When some of the MNCs worried about those cases concerning trade secret, the organizers confirmed that only summary of those cases will be released in order to protect their confidential details. Organizers also noted that besides technological innovative cases from industrial enterprises, innovative cases in the field of finance, talent and social responsibility are also welcomed.

“All MNCs in Shanghai are welcomed to actively participating in this selecting activity, providing referential and duplicable cases for the construction of Shanghai Science Innovation Harbor.
