Bei Aixinjueluo joined International Channel Shanghai in May 2010 as a news anchor and editor. She also serves as a bilingual host for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo National Pavilion Day events. For ICS News, she has interviewed Sri Lanka’s Foreign Minister G. L. Peiris and U.S. Food and Drug Commissioner Margaret Hamburg.

Before joining ICS, Bei worked with NBC’s“Today”: program covering the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and was a News Production Associate with“Today”in New York City in 2009.
Bei worked for CNN as an Intentional Assignment Desk Editor at CNN’s Atlanta headquarters in 2006. She had started as an overnight shift intern on the assignment desk in 2004, and also worked at CNN bureaus in London, Beijing, Hong Kong and the United Nations.


Bei earned a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University in 2008 and a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University in 2005.
