Address: No. 2419 Hongqiao Road, Changning District

Built around 1930, the former site of the Villa of American-Oriental Banking Corporation is a Spanish-style building. Now it is the No.3 Building of the Cypress Hotel.

It is said that the villa was designed by Ladislav Hudec, the well-known Hungarian architect who designed a large number of classic works in Shanghai.

Facing south, the building has a red barrel tile roof with gentle slope and fancy iron railings. There is white lotus leaf shaped door at the main entrance and yellow scaly figure on the exterior wall.

The building was listed as the heritage architecture by Shanghai Municipal Government in 2005. 

美丰银行别墅旧址位于虹桥路2419号，建于1930年前后，西班牙风格，优秀历史建筑，现为龙柏饭店3号楼。据说由著名建筑设计师邬达克设计。别墅坐北朝南，缓坡红色圆筒瓦屋面，花式铁栏杆。主入口有白色荷叶形门套，外墙用黄色水泥砂浆粉刷成鱼鳞纹。
