The Shanghai Small Animal Protection Association has opened a new shelter at Pudong Lingkong Agriculture Technology Da Guan Yuan. Adoption events are held every weekend and the public are invited along to help volunteers feed and walk the dogs, clean their yards or simply accompany the poor animals. The shelter aims to serve as an education center where the public can learn about kindness to animals and responsible pet ownership. Donations or adoption are always welcomed.
