For 14 years, local woman photographer He Zhaoya has focused her lens on Shanghai women of different ages and from different backgrounds, such as lawyer, entrepreneur and scholar. In He’s veiwfi nder, the subjects are confi dent, composed and charming. Now a collection of He’s photos, taken from 1997 to date, is on exhibit showcasing the elegance and grace of Shanghai women.
