After the huge success of Shanghai’s first "FETE DE LA MUSIQUE" in 2010 and its great 2011 edition, the FETE is returning to Shanghai for the third time: it will take place over two days of free music with dozens of performers in more than 20 different venues, a good reason to overrun the city streets of Shanghai.
Created in Paris in 1982,“FETE DE LA MUSIQUE”immediately became a huge and popular event in France. Every year on June 21st, the first day of summer, the streets of France’s cities become crowded with people and music. Now more than 350 cities around the world take part in this annual music event. On that very day, all musicians from professionals to amateurs, old and young, and no matter what their musical style perform in free outdoor concerts to celebrate music with the public.
So, go around and discover the new venues and acts of the 2012 edition of“FETE DE LA MUSIQUE”in Shanghai and keep in mind that next year YOU could be on stage! Enjoy and…celebrate music!
