The first exhibition of French painter Claude Monet on the Chinese mainland will be held in Shanghai on March 8.

“Master of Impressionism—Claude Monet”will feature 40 original Monet paintings, including the iconic Water Lily and Wisteria, besides 15 paintings by other Impressionist masters such as Renoir.
