The film follows the story of how ultra-intelligent simian Caesar presides over the fall of human civilization. In this movie, the genetically evolved apes led by Caesar are threatened by a band of human survivors of a devastating virus. They reach a fragile peace, and both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.
