The 1920s through 1940s was a special era in China. During that period, there was an undeniable spirit of hope among most people. This film follows a group of young people as they live passionately, chase their dreams and love freely. Xiao Hong moves from her home in Harbin to Hong Kong, escaping the chaos causes by the war and experiencing romance and life all at the same time.
