EN MASSE is a Montreal-based, multi-artist collaborative drawing project. It creates large-scale, highly-spontaneous drawings in black and white. Since its debut in 2009, En Masse has participated in many art festivals and cooperated with many public events and commercial organizations. There are also projects in Miami, New York and Detroit and Tijuana, Mexico. But its directors and participants felt that the idea simply had to be extended, expanded and elevated so that they could cooperate with more young artists.
