Edgar Snow

Young Edgar Snow came to Shanghai in 1928 to work as an assistant editor of Millard's Review. After covering Shanghai workers’ suffering from the war and indomitable struggle, he had a growing deep feeling, “I love China. I hope part of mine can stay there after my death.” (Eastday/ Jiang Wenran)
