Mrs Fang and her family from China's Hangzhou will take a travel to Britain during the upcoming Spring Festival. Because of concerns that the 18-month-old daughter may trouble other passengers in the 12-hour flight, the couple hand painted cartoon cards in both Chinese and English and put them into the DIY red bags with chocolates.
