东航空乘招聘：美女扎堆 报名火爆

China Eastern Air Company (Shanghai) started its recruitment for stewardesses, drawing record high candidates this year. A total of 5000 people from all over the country entered the interview process to compete for 500 posts.

In the first round of the interview, the candidates are examined mainly in terms of shape, postures and language abilities. And among these, affinity is an important item, so "cold beauties" are not competitive.

今年应聘者人数创下新高，面对500个乘务员（航空安全员）职位，共有来自全国各地的5000多人在初筛后进入面试环节，比例已突破10:1。

作为首轮面试，考官们考察应聘者的内容主要包括形体、语言表达能力等基础要素，会听取应聘者简单的教育和从业背景自我介绍，关注他们的站姿、走路姿势等仪态。在这样的考察中，亲和力是重要的得分项，而“冷美人”则不占优势。
