From iPhone 5s to iPhone 6/ iPhone 6 plus, Apple has raised the status of fingerprintrecognition technology from "optional" to "standard". Samsung is also doing the samething, using fingerprints as a solution to smart device security issues. Fingerprintrecognition security systems have begun to spread into a variety of fields in recent years,and technology companies are expecting a major expansion into electronic devices, storageunits, and access control systems in 2015.
