Special Research Report on Yearend Bonus among Chinese Enterprises in the Year 2014-2015 released by an organization on domestic human resources shows that average annual bonus of Shanghai is 8523 yuan ranking the first in the list. While Shenzhen ranks the second with 8235 yuan followed by Beijing with 7855 yuan and Guangzhou was fourth with 6995 yuan.
In addition to BJ, SH, GZ and SZ, Hangzhou and Suzhou also enter the era of “6” with 6601 yuan and 6490 yuan respectively. And the six cities above become the first echelon of domestic per capita annual bonus.
Xiamen, Nanjing, Ningbo, Chengdu and Tianjin become the second echelon with their per capita annual bonus around 5000 yuan.
Most cities are still among the echelon with yearend bonus of 4000 yuan or so. They are, according to the ranking, Wuhan, Wuxi, Fuzhou, Qingdao, Chongqing, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Xi’an, Dalian, Hohhot, Kunming, Hefei, Nanchang and Shijiazhuang.
