Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel had 20,000 followers one day after she opened her own Instagram account. She posted a group photo with President Vladimir Putin of Russia and President Francois Hollande of France, which was taken in February this year after they finished the marathon talk in Moscow Kremlin.
