In pics: Opening Up Session on International Financial Cooperation and the Belt and Road Initiatives
The two-day Lujiazui Forum 2015 kicked off this Friday in Shanghai. Three parallel sessions on Financial Opening up were held on the morning of the 2nd day, with Accelerating Financial Opening up and Innovation in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), International Financial Cooperation and the Belt and Road Initiatives and Accelerating RMB Internationalization and Opening Up of Financial Markets as their themes respectively.
The Belt and Road Initiatives have attracted widespread attention and participation both at home and abroad. How to promote economic cooperation under the initiatives, and what problems and obstacles exist in the financial sector? How shall financial institutions participate in the initiatives, and cooperate with domestic companies and foreign counterparts? How to foresee and guard against financial risks as the initiatives advance? These pictures show the Opening Up Session II is being held. (Eastday/ Jiang Wenran)
