Conca and his wife fell in love with the convenience of the region and decided to live here. During Conca's training in Turkey, Paula, interpreter and nanny selected a new home at a high-end residential community in Lujiazui.

初到上海，上港俱乐部给孔卡租下了位于陆家嘴的一家五星级酒店作为他和家人临时居所，于是孔卡和妻子葆拉都爱上了这个区域的便捷，便决意把上海的新家安在附近。孔卡在土耳其集训期间，葆拉和翻译、保姆一起选定了位于陆家嘴的一高档小区居住。
