The Expo Cultural Center seems to be a multi-colored flying saucer in the night when it is tested lighting on December 7, 2009. The construction is scheduled to be completed on February 10 next year. As one of the permanent buildings of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, it will provide huge space for stage design, artistic innovation and imagination for various performances.
