舌尖上的清真：上海"一心斋"的美味心意

Speaking of Shanghai Muslim food, besides hundred-year-old stores "Hong-Chang-Xing" and "Yang-Tong-Xing", people also refer to "Yi-Xin-Zhai" restaurant spanning half a century on Pingliang Road, Yangpu District. Long queues are always seen in front of the door to buy the fried beef dumplings which have been named as the "Chinese Famous Snack".

说起上海的清真饮食，除了百年老店洪长兴、杨同兴等外，不少喜爱清真菜的市民总会提起位于杨浦区平凉路的"一心斋清真饮食店"。当走过这家跨越半个世纪的老牌饭店，都会看到大排长龙购买"中国名点"牛肉煎包的队伍。
