Chef Zu Hang prepares Sanhuang chicken which has been named as the "Chinese Famous Dishes". Besides authentic Muslim food like mutton chop, steak, beef Shao-Mai and vegetarian bun, the restaurant also provides diners with Shanghai cuisines such as silver piece shrimp and other delicious dishes and snacks at reasonable prices.
