    China's personal income tax revenue in the first 10 months this year totaled 119.24 billion yuan (US$14.4 billion), up 19.3 percent over the same period of last year, the Economic Daily reported on Tuesday.

    China's leading information technology company TCL Group has obtained the approval to buy back 25 percent state-owned shares from its wholly owned subsidiary unit TCL Communications Equipment Co Ltd, according to a statement by the Shenzhen-listed unit published in today's Securities Times.
