U.S.-based Praxair Inc., a producer of industrial gases, said yesterday it has formed an equal partnership with French-based Air Liquide to form a company intended to provide hydrogen, oxygen and other gases for Shanghai's new chemical park, under construction beside Hangzhou Bay. Praxair did not disclose the amount of its investment.
