Starting today, the Shanghai Land Transportation Administration Office will offer a two-month preferential policy for college students in Shanghai and Beijing. The policy allows local college students from poverty-stricken families and freshmen from Tsinghua and Beijing universities to take long-distance shuttle buses between the two cities for free.
