All the preparations for containing the gas explosion in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality are ready,said authorities and technicians Saturday morning.

Some 480cubic meters of mud were assembled and stood by the scene and 80technicians armed with protective clothes and respiratory machines have entered the well's mouth under close monitoring of medical experts.
