The six parties have reached consensus on the necessity of forming working groups of Korean nuclear issue experts, said Russia's chief negotiator Alexander Losiukov Saturday, calling that one of the big achievements of the talks.

Losiukov made the remarks after the closing ceremony of the second round of talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue.
