Haiti's interim PM forms new government 16/3/2004

Haiti's interim Prime MinisterGerard Latortue formed a new government Tuesday, more than two weeks after ousted President Jean-Bertrand Aristide fled the country.

The cabinet consists of 13 members, including two women.
