The daytime temperature in Shanghai during “the Limit of Heat”, the 14th solar term, has still been very high over the last few days. When the evening comes, many tourists and citizens come to the North Bund Waterfront in Hongkou District to cool off.

The district is continuing to optimize the living environment and provide excellent services for people who work and live in the city. Now the North Bund's 880-meter shoreline built as the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal has been fully upgraded. The public seats along the waterfront have also been upgraded, so citizens and tourists can sit and enjoy the beautiful view on the North Bund Waterfront.
