Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate Prosecutors' Office has ratified the arrest of seven suspects who used credit cards to run up huge debts.

In one case, a man surnamed Lu allegedly ran up more than 40,000 yuan (US$5,800) of debt using loopholes in banks' regulations.
