Sano of Japan takes men's 200m IM at Asiad

Japanese Hidemasa Sano beat compatriot and Asian record holder Ken
Takakuwa for the men's 200m individual medley gold medal at the Asian Games here
on Wednesday.
Sano, finishing fifth in last year's World Championships in Montreal, raced
to the title in two minutes and 0.73 seconds.
Takakuwa, holding the Asian record of 1:59.81, was second in 2:01.03 before
Han Kyu Chul from South Korea touched home in 2:02.56.
