Shanghai, September 20- Jiading District, a main bearing zone of the city’s becoming a sci-tech innovation center, is trying to establish a complex which provides service for innovation and entrepreneurship.

The complex will include innovation and entrepreneurship building & block, entrepreneurship service system, differential development space and multi-level platforms, according to the scheme.

There are 17 floors in the newly unveiled innovation and entrepreneurship building, which aims at forming an “ecological closed-loop” with complete service functions.

The first floor is service center for innovation and entrepreneurship, gathering various government affair windows providing sci-tech, economic, human resource & social security and public housing information query services as well as intermediary agency windows providing fiscal finance, intellectual property, trademark and legal services.

While innovation and entrepreneurship college, activity center, venture capital center and incubation areas are on other floors.

Notably, innovation and entrepreneurship themed blocks are built around the main building, equipped with apartments, maker café, supermarket and other business and life supporting facilities.

In addition, a tailor-made governmental “ecological system” will be established so as to provide better government service for innovation and entrepreneurship, according to Ma Chunlei, Party Secretary of the Jiading District Committee.
