The 3D panoramic sound Peking Opera film “The Glorious Zhen Guan Years Of the Tang Dynasty” is being filmed in Shanghai. A cast of famous actors have gathered at Shanghai Chedun Film and Television Base.

Shang Changrong, a famous Peking Opera performer and also the star of the film, said,“19 years ago, we put on stage a new Historical Peking Opera The Glorious Zhen Guan Years Of the Tang Dynasty, and today on the 40th anniversary of Reform and Opening up, it is of great significance that the original cast has gathered to make a Peking Opera film version. The scorching summer gives us enthusiasm, I believe we will be able to complete the film shooting successfully."
