Xing Guang Photographic Equipment City is the largest trading venue for photographic equipment in Shanghai. To better spread the culture of photography, the Shanghai Xing Guang Camera Museum recently opened on the 1st floor of Building B of the Xing Guang Photographic Equipment City. Exhibits currently on display can be viewed by the public free of charge, such as over 130 cameras spanning a hundred years and photographs and objects from old Shanghai provided by the Shanghai Collectors Association.

Through the cameras and photographs on display, visitors can see the history of the development of the world's cameras and the changes of the times in Shanghai. The exhibition aims to let the public experience the infinite charm of photography and use the exhibition as a platform to bring together more photography enthusiasts to exchange and learn from each other. In addition to the permanent exhibition, which is open to the public free of charge all year round, the museum has also set aside space for temporary exhibitions, and will display more of the collectors' precious collections in the future.
