BEIJING -- YTO Express Group, a major express delivery firm in China, reported a substantial increase in revenue in January.
The company's revenue from express delivery surged 74.87 percent year-on-year to 3.01 billion yuan (about $465.77 million) last month, according to its report filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Its business volume came in at 1.27 billion in January, rocketing 116.56 percent from a year ago.
Shares of the Shanghai-listed express delivery giant gained 1.92 percent to 12.22 yuan per share on Friday.
