互联网+创新 企业转型升级暨产业投资论坛在沪举行

东方网记者姜文然4月19日报道：中国经济新常态下，随着经济结构调整，各产业面临着转型和升级，创新就成为了企业可持续增长的源动力，而“互联网+”也成为产业的一种升级方式。

Shanghai, April 19- China’s economy is entering the “New Normal”. With the economic structure adjustment, many industries are facing transformation and upgrading. Innovation gradually becomes the driving force of the sustainable growth of enterprises, while “Internet +” becomes an effective way of industrial upgrading.

如何抓住并利用好“互联网+”创新发展的机遇，以资本作为手段进行战略推进与行业整合，全面构建企业持久竞争优势，实现让企业既赚钱又值钱成为必须要思考的课题。

How to grasp the good opportunity of “Internet+ innovation” and make use of capital means to promote industrial integration and form lasting competitive advantages of enterprises becomes an important issue.

昨日，由人民网上海与上海市青少年活动中心主办，骑士会、创业邦·趋势学院联合主办的企业转型升级暨产业投资论坛在上海举行。

Enterprise Transformation & Upgrading and Industrial Investment Forum, co-organized by People.cn (Shanghai) and Shanghai Youth Center, kicked off yesterday.

论坛上，来自各行业的公司高管、投资专家等就互联网时代的跨界思维、企业如何将创新作为企业可持续增长的源动力、运用资本的力量，让企业走上发展的高速路等话题进行了探讨。

Executives from various industries and investment experts gathered together and shared their thoughts on “cross-boundary thinking in the Internet era”, “enterprises’ innovation input and output” as well as “how to accelerate enterprises’ development by capital means.”

有观点认为，当前实体经济虽然仍面临很大的下行风险，但这也是一个行业重新洗牌的机会。企业家应该抓住机会，运用资本的力量，让企业走上发展的高速路，通过上市及市值管理，推进转型升级与产业整合。

Though the real economy is still under a lot of downside risks, it’s a good time for industrial reshuffles. Capital means should be used to accelerate enterprises’ development and industrial transformation and upgrading.

创业邦合伙人王玥在现场为大家分享了自己创业20年的经历，并着重分析了未来的投资机会。他认为，第一个要素就是新技术的崛起推动了大批创新公司的产生。

Wang Yue, partner of Cyzone.cn, shared his 20-year entrepreneurial experiences. He noted that new technologies have greatly promoted the development of a large number of innovative companies.

“第二个因素是大批的中产阶级的崛起，他们开始有多余的资金进行金融资产配置，从而推动了越来越多的资本进入股权基金市场，”王玥指出，下一个二十年会非常精彩，新技术推动下，在中国这个世界上最庞大的消费市场出现了很多新渠道。

“The rise of a large number of middle class which begin to have extra money for financial asset allocation, is also promoting the process of China’s domestic equity market,” Wang considered the next 20 years will be really exciting as many new channels will emerge in the large consumer market in China.
