沪科技企业走出张江 赴美与业界共探可穿戴机器人创新

东方网记者姜文然4月25日报道:日前,国际可穿戴机器人联盟在美国举行“可穿戴机器人大会2017”,吸引了来自全球各地300多企业家、专家学者等出席,共同探讨可穿戴式机器人技术发展方向动态以及机器人在康复医疗中的发展形势等议题。

Shanghai, April 25- WearARcon17 was recently held by Wearable Robotics Association in the United State, attracting more than 300 entrepreneurs, experts and scholars from all over the world.

据悉,此次活动由目前国际上最大的可穿戴机器人联合组织举办,代表了可穿戴机器人技术发展的最高水平,吸引了Esko、SuitX、Indego、Rewalk、Ottobock等世界著名外骨骼机器人公司携最新科技产品亮相。

Numerous world famous wearable robotics companies including Esko, SuitX, Indego, Rewalk and Ottobock brought their latest technological products to the conference which represents the highest level in this field.

随着国内可穿戴机器人技术的快速发展和不断成熟,吸引了来自世界各地的目光。一家立足张江园区的上海傅利叶智能科技有限公司因其此前发布的中国首款商业化外骨骼机器人脱颖而出,作为唯一一家中国企业受邀参加此次大会。

The rapid development of the domestic wearable robotics technology has attracted the attention from the rest of the world. Fourier Intelligence, a Shanghai-based sci-tech enterprise, was invited to attend the conference as the only Chinese company due to its previously released exoskeleton robot products.

据介绍,上月发布的Fourier X1第一代产品能帮助截瘫或偏瘫患者逐步摆脱轮椅,重新获得站立行走的能力,目前产品已正式进入临床试用阶段。值得一提的是,从实验室的科研产品进入到商业化的产品技术发布,傅利叶智能在国内尚属首家。

The product Fourier X1 which was unveiled last month can make it possible for lower limb paralysis patients to walk again. Notably, it’s China’s first commercialized exoskeleton robot products.

傅利叶智能CTO徐振华在大会中分享道:“利用‘力反馈技术’,通过足底压力、力矩、位置等19个传感器以及11个分布式CPU模块,我们的外骨骼机器人能够‘感知’患者在步行中的变化,‘思考’患者的意图,并通过电机帮助患者‘执行’步行动作。”

Fourier X1, based on the advanced force feedback technology, can be aware of the patient’s changes in the walk through 19 sensors and 11 distributed CPU modules and then help the patient “finish” the walking action, Xu Zhenhua, Fourier Intelligence’s CTO shared during the conference.

已进入大规模量产阶段的傅利叶智能M2上肢康复机器人也运用到了力反馈技术,可根据患者上肢的力量,制定个性化的康复训练方案。据悉,这款机器人目前已在华山医院、瑞金医院等地应用,并很快将会在美国,新加坡,英国,瑞士等地建立海外临床试点。

Fourier M2 which has entered the stage of mass production also applies the advanced force feedback technology. It can help make personalized rehabilitation training plan according to the patient’s upper limbs strength.

据Wintergreen Research发布康复中心机器人行业报告预测,到2020年,全球外骨骼机器人的市场将大于18亿美金,结合虚拟现实和力反馈技术的外骨骼系统已成为当今科技领域的最大热点。

According to Wintergreen Research’s newly published Rehabilitation Robot Industry Report, the world’s exoskeleton robot market is estimated to exceed USD1.8 billion by 2020. The exoskeleton system, integrating virtual reality and force feedback technologies, is becoming a hot spot in the current sci-tech field.

“外骨骼机器人行业接下来该怎么走,我们都还在探索,”在傅利叶智能CEO顾捷看来,此次携外骨骼机器人技术产品亮相可穿戴机器人大会,是一次很好的机会来到世界舞台上展现中国在这领域的研发实力。

“What is the next step of the exoskeleton robot industry? We are still exploring,” said Gu Jie, Fourier’s CEO. In his view, bringing their lasted products to the conference can be seen as a good opportunity to show the rest of the world China’s R & D strength in this field.
