全球专家在沪共议先进制造业发展

东方网5月25日消息：先进制造业是中国制造业转型升级的重要路径，更是中国从制造大国走向制造强国的重要战略举措，工信部智能制造专家咨询委员会主任朱森第在昨日在沪举行的第五届先进制造业大会上表示。

Shanghai, May 25- The 5th Advanced Manufacturing Conference yesterday kicked off and will last to May 26. Zhu Sendi, an official with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, noted during the conference that advanced manufacturing is an important path of the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry and also an important strategy for China to transfer from “made in China” to “created in China”.

近年来，上海以重点行业智能制造应用为切入点，以关键技术设备、核心软件的自主安全可控为突破口，以标准体系、平台建设为支撑，推进智能制造加快发展。上海市经信委副主任黄瓯指出，“中国制造2025”战略出台以后，上海积极推进、主动作为，在智能制造方面走在全国前列。

The city has been accelerating the development of intelligent manufacturing since the “Made in China 2025” Strategy was introduced, according to Huang Ou, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization.

中科院院士谭建荣做了题为“大数据支撑下的智能服务：关键技术与企业应用”的演讲，他介绍, 智能制造从它的实施过程看需要四个环节，首先是智能设计，第二就是智能加工，第三是智能装配，第四是智能服务。工业大数据的来源就是数字化设计、智能化制造、网络化检测、物流化管理。

During the conference, Tan Jianrong, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, shares his thoughts on intelligent services supported by big data. He pointed out that intelligent manufacturing has four processes: intelligent design, intelligent processing, intelligent assembly and intelligent services.

新加坡国立纳米纤维和纳米技术中心主任、印度国家工程院院士Seeram Ramakrishna认为，中国要发展先进制造业不仅要重视大企业，更要关心中小企业，他们更需要政策、资金和人才的支持。

Seeram Ramakrishna, Academician of the Indian Academy of Sciences, noted that the local government should also pay attention to small and medium-sized enterprises which need policy, capital and talent support more.

在他看来，中国提出的“一带一路”倡议为中国先进制造业企业“走出去”创造了良好的机遇，中国先进制造企业要坚持目标，不断改善品质，就一定能够在世界上不断扩大市场份额。

In his view, China’s “the Belt and Road” Initiative has created good opportunities for Chinese advanced manufacturing enterprises to “go out”. “All they need is adhering to the goal and improve the quality constantly.”

德国先进工业科技研究院理事会主席Thomas Nolting表示，工业4.0是结合了信息技术、大数据、公司管理模式来重新应对现有的挑战，“我们的挑战就是必须要去衡量不同的因素，这是一个非常个性化的衡量过程，但毫无疑问，我们的机会是大于所面临的挑战。”

“In the Industry 4.0 era, we can re-address the existing challenges with the help of information technology, big data and brand new management mode,” said Thomas Nolting, Chairman of IAIT-Institute for Automation and Industrial Technology. He believes that the chances are outweigh the challenges.
