How much wine do people need to drink for health? How to taste wine? What are the features of Italian wine? Professor Stefano Poni, Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment of Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) delivered a lecture titled ‘Wine: Food or Meditation product?’ at Arietta in the New Huaihaifang Commercial Street, Shanghai on Sunday night December 18th. More than 20 people took part in the events, most of whom were college students majoring in Italian language. Arianna Malavasi, UCSC China Liaison Representative also gave a brief introduction to the university.
