Three aircraft from Italy to be displayed at the upcoming CIIE (China International Import Expo) arrived in Shanghai after clearing customs.

Arriving at Pudong airport on October 16, the exhibits include a Pioneer 400 light aircraft valued at 119,653 pounds, with a net weight of 410 kg; one AH130 turbo helicopter model, valued at 41,316 pounds, net weight 280 kg; one Strix military drone model, valued at 1,107 pounds, with a net weight of 10 kg. They are designed and produced by Alpi Aviation, an Italian aircraft manufacturer based in Pordenone.

They went through Shanghai Customs within 48 hours, with the whole procedure taking 26% less time than for ordinary goods. For the smooth opening of the import fair, the customs authority has rolled out a streamlined plan to be carried out by airports. As of Oct. 21, Pudong airport has greenlit 1,816 exhibits weighing 166,692 kg.
