Unified online government service updated
By:Wu Qiong   |  From:english.eastday.com  |  2020-01-13 10:26

Shanghai has updated its unified online government service app to provide one-stop government services to citizens.

Any time you want a soft copy of your marriage certificate or social credit report, it is very likely that you won’t have to go out of your way and visit the specific authorities.

In September 2018, Shanghai issued a mobile app for unified online government services covering transportation, employment and opening enterprises. Users can check information and make online reservations via the app.

The new version released on January 9 comes with mini programs in WeChat and Alipay. That means, without downloading the app, people can search the mini program on WeChat and Alipay, to use the one-stop platform for government affairs.

Users can also check their own profiles and get easy and fast access to their health report, pension account, academic degree and digital photo. With a mobile photo, people can enjoy more personalized, precise and intelligent services.

As for the updated app, a new feature has been added. It can automatically recommend the nearest community service for users based on their current geographic positioning.
