The 2020 Shanghai Book Fair and "Book China" Shanghai Week will open at the Shanghai Exhibition Center on August 12. The Shanghai Book Fair is divided into day tickets and night tickets. The prices are 10 yuan and 5 yuan respectively. Offline physical tickets and online electronic tickets are sold separately through channels, with tickets not being sold at the exhibition. All tickets adopt a real-name reservation system, which must be bound with valid identification information in advance. Every day from 17:00 to 18:00, all readers, audience members and booth staff must leave the venue for the cleaning of the venue and epidemic prevention and disinfection.

Offline physical tickets are divided into day tickets and night tickets. From 10:00 am on August 6th (Thursday), reservations will be made through the 12 Xinhua Bookstore stores in Shanghai until sold out. Citizens can purchase them on the spot with their ID. One person can purchase up to three. If you purchase tickets on behalf of others, please prepare valid identification information of the relevant attendees in advance. Children also need to bind their identity information when buying tickets, so parents must assist them.

Online electronic tickets are also divided into two types: day tickets and night tickets. From 10:00 a.m. on August 7 (Friday),  reservations for ticket purchases will be open until sold out. Citizens can obtain QR code purchases through relevant channels such as Damai.com, the online platform of "Shanghai Book Fair -The Power of Reading", the Shanghai Book Fair Cloud Exhibition, the Shanghai Book Fair official website and WeChat official account.
