Citizens were wowed by a mesmerising 3D mapping show on the Western façade of the Shanghai Music Hall despite the rain last night.
With stunning and colorful light, the eight-minute show tells the history of the Hall and its Shanghai stories.
With a history of 91 years, the Shanghai Music Hall has witnessed the enlightenment and development of the Chinese performing arts sector. Mei Lanfang, a maestro of Peking Opera, performed in the Hall for thirteen consecutive days in 1946, and many world-famous pianists have been here.
Starting from October 20, the show will be presented each night until November 11.
