Valued at over one million dollars, Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama’s iconic sculpture finally arrived in Shanghai on October 25, waiting for buyers’ attention at the upcoming import fair.

Among the first batch of bonded exhibits at the 4th China International Import Expo (CIIE), it was shipped out of the Waigaoqiao Bonded Area and transported to the main venue of the Expo.
The exhibit was wrapped in a wooden box (size: 3*3*3 meters). To avoid collisions with other exhibits, the box will be kept closed for several days, and the pumpkin sculpture’s veil will be lifted at the last minute before the opening of the Expo.
