This year marks the sixth year since the Michelin Guide was introduced to Shanghai. The 2022 Michelin Guide Shanghai was released on Nov. 12 with 47 restaurants on the list, including 2 three-star restaurants, 8 two-star restaurants and 37 one-star restaurants.　　

ULTRAVIOLET by Paul Pairet has been awarded three Michelin stars for five consecutive years, and Taian Table has become the biggest new winner, gaining three Michelin stars and a Michelin Green Star. The Michelin Green Star is a new award that has been added this year.

Among the 37 one-star restaurants, five are newly listed ones, three of which are in old houses.
