Menus for the Beijing Winter Olympics have been unveiled, including 678 special dishes in total. Around 200 dishes will be offered each day, such as stir-fried shrimp with scrambled egg, Japanese Curry Seafood, Margherita Pizza, and spaghetti.

The ratio of Chinese cuisine to Western cuisine is 3:7. As the Winter Olympics (which will open on February 4, 2022) coincides with the Spring Festival holiday, the menus will also highlight the "Chinese New Year flavor", including West Lake beef soup, sautéed sliced pork, egg and black fungus, and stir-fried diced chicken with flour paste.
