People went up to the Shanghai Tower Observation Deck on the 118th and 119th floors to enjoy the sunrise on the first day of 2022.

At 6:22am, red clouds began to appear in the sky. At 6:52am, the sun rose from the eastern horizon, illuminating the entire city.
