The fifth plenary session of the 13th Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the political advisory body of Shanghai, was held at the Shanghai Expo Center on the morning of January 19.

Dong Yunhu, chairman of the 13th CPPCC Shanghai committee, presented a work report of the committee in the past year and a plan for the future.
